Ingredients
- 4 - ears of fresh corn (still in husks)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1/2 - fresh lime (squeezed)
- 1/4 bunch chooped cilantro
- 1/2 ounce your favorite fresh cheese (feta) crumbled
How To Make smokey sweet roasted corn

Step 1place fresh corn in cold water for 1 hour.

Step 2remove corn from water and place corn directly on the rack in 350 degree oven for 35 min.

Step 3In a bowl whisk together, melted butter, sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chilli powder. Set aside.

Step 4remove corn from oven and let slightly cool. Pull back husks and remove silks.

Step 5coat each ear of corn thoroughly in butter mixure. top the corn with fresh chopped cilantro and your favorite fresh cheese (feta) and ENJOY!!
