This is a new side dish that my family tried recently and we love it. The flavor is incredible and it gives a great new spin to a family favorite. Enjoy

ears of corn (white is best)
1 c
butter (melted)
3 Tbsp
lime juice
chili powder
parmesan cheese (shredded)

How to Make Smokey Grilled Corn on the Cob

  • 1Put the corn in a pot of water and boil for around 10 minutes
  • 2Mix the butter and lime juice together
  • 3Take the ears of corn out of the water and put them on the a very low burning grill or on a hanging rack if your grill has one. Grill for 5-10 minutes making sure you turn the corn often to avoid excessive charring
  • 4After the corn comes off the grill brush it with the butter lime mixture and sprinkle with chili powder and parmesan cheese.
  • 5You can use the chili powder and cheese to taste. We use the chili powder liberally because I think it's the key flavor in this recipe. Enjoy
