Ingredients

How to Make Smokey Grilled Corn on the Cob

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the corn in a pot of water and boil for around 10 minutes
  2. Mix the butter and lime juice together
  3. Take the ears of corn out of the water and put them on the a very low burning grill or on a hanging rack if your grill has one. Grill for 5-10 minutes making sure you turn the corn often to avoid excessive charring
  4. After the corn comes off the grill brush it with the butter lime mixture and sprinkle with chili powder and parmesan cheese.
  5. You can use the chili powder and cheese to taste. We use the chili powder liberally because I think it's the key flavor in this recipe. Enjoy
