- 3 packages 8 oz size, cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup butter, cut in cubes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 6 slices american cheese
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1Combine all ingredients together and place in a slow cooker. This is a large recipe so you will want a large one (at least 6 qt capacity). Cover and set to a low temperature. Cook for 3 hours and stir every 30 minutes. It can burn easily you you must watch it closely and make sure the temperature is low.
