- 1 - head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make skillet cauliflower

Step 1Remove leaves and stem and cut into chunks

Step 2Boil in large pot of salted water 15 to 18 minutes, until tender

Step 3Drain. Melt butter in large saute pan. Add cauliflower and saute until it just starts to brown, about 10 minutes. Grind sea salt on just befoer serving
