Ingredients

  • 1 - head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How To Make skillet cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Remove leaves and stem and cut into chunks
  • Step 2
    Boil in large pot of salted water 15 to 18 minutes, until tender
  • Step 3
    Drain. Melt butter in large saute pan. Add cauliflower and saute until it just starts to brown, about 10 minutes. Grind sea salt on just befoer serving
