Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make skillet cabbage

Step 1Heat the oil in a large frypan about 20 minutes before serving time.

Step 2Add ingredients and cook over medium to low heat about 15 minutes.

Step 3Stir often.

Step 4Cover pan during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Stir once or twice.

Step 5Serve immediately.

Step 6(Vegetables will be crisp.)
