~ Sis's Easy Refrigerator Pickles ~
6 csliced cucumbers
2 cthin sliced onion
4 clovegarlic, sliced thin
1/4green pepper, sliced thin
1 1/2 cwhite vinegar
1 tspcelery seed
1 Tbspmustard seed
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
1/4 tspblack pepper
How to Make ~ Sis's Easy Refrigerator Pickles ~
- Slice up first 4 ingredients and place in tupperware container 9x 13 or larger size with lid.
Add rest of ingredients to sauce pan and boil one minute.
Pour hot liquid over vegetables and stir to cover. Will not seem like enough liquid but
cucumbers will make some liquid of their own. I keep pushing them into the brine occasionally.
Cool completely and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
Eat and enjoy!
