Simple Tangy Cole Slaw

While this is on the tangy side (which I like) you can add a little sugar to give it that sweet & tangy taste if you prefer.
Have leftover pulled pork, pile some of this slaw on top of a bbq sammie. I think you'll be pleased!

Ingredients

1 lbbag of tri-color slaw

1/2 largebell pepper, diced

1/2 smallonion, diced fine

1 largecarrot, shredded

TANGY DRESSING
-
3/4 to 1 cmayonnaise (i used hellman's)

2 Tbspcreamy dijon mustard

2 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
1 tspcelery seed
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspcoarse black pepper

2 Tbspsugar, optional (if you like sweet and tangy add the sugar)
