- 2 cans (15 oz.) sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
How To Make simple candied sweet potatoes

Step 1Drain liquid from potatoes. In medium saucepan melt butter. Add brown sugar; mix until blended. Add potatoes and stir to coat.

Step 2Pour potatoes into a medium casserole. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
