How to Make Simple Beer Batter Onion Rings
- Mix first 3 ingredients and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Soak sliced onions in ice water for 30 minutes.
- Drain onions and dry with paper towels.
- Heat oil to 365 degrees.
- Dip onions in batter, letting excess drain off and fry in batches without crowding for 3-4 minutes. Drain and salt.
