- 2 pounds brussels sprouts trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- kosher salt
- 1/2 cup shredded parmigiano-reggiano
How To Make shredded brussels sprouts with parmigiano-reggiano

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees. With a mandolin or microplane shred the brussels sprouts. Spread the brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.

Step 2Roast for 20 minutes stirring half way through. Top with shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and bake 2 more minutes. Serve immediately
