Shoepeg Corn Casserole
You can use green chilies if jalapenoes are to hot for your taste...but try it first with jalapeno - the flavor is great.
- 2 - 12 oz can(s)
- shoepeg corn, drained
- jalapenoes - seeded and chopped (depending on how hot you want)
- 8 oz
- softened cream cheese
- 1 stick
- 1/4 c
- sweet milk
- 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt
How to Make Shoepeg Corn Casserole
- 1Melt butter, cream cheese, milk, and garlic salt. Bring to a boil to make a sauce.
- 2Add drained corn and jalapenoes. Mix
- 3Put in 2 quart buttered dish. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Double recipe for a 9x13 pan.
