It is very important to use shoepeg corn (sweet, white, small kernel corn)...it really makes a difference. You can use green chilies if jalapenoes are to hot for your taste...but try it first with jalapeno - the flavor is great.

- 2 - 12 oz cans shoepeg corn, drained
- 2-3 - jalapenoes - seeded and chopped (depending on how hot you want)
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 stick - butter
- 1/4 cup sweet milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1Melt butter, cream cheese, milk, and garlic salt. Bring to a boil to make a sauce.

Step 3Put in 2 quart buttered dish. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Double recipe for a 9x13 pan.
