Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
How To Make sherry glazed sauteed mushrooms

Step 1Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar together and set aside.

Step 2Add oil to pan and get it hot. Add the mushrooms and saute until browned about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and butter saute until butter is absorbed.

Step 3Add the lemon mixture to mushrooms and saute until most is absorbed. Add the sherry deglaze the pan scrapping up anything from the bottom of pan. Cook until all is evaporated.
