Ingredients
- 2 cans green beans, liquid drained
- 1/4 cup chicken broth, fat-free
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
- 1 pinch sea salt, finely ground
- 1 pinch black pepper
How To Make sesame green beans

Step 1Drain 2 cans of greens beans and place in medium skillet on top of stove.

Step 2Add the chicken broth and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3Add the sesame seeds and salt & pepper...stir well. Continue to cook over med to low heat for another five minutes. That's it, ready to serve and eat. Enjoy :-)
