You may use fresh green beans but it takes a bit longer to cook. This is great as a fast side dish :-)

  • 2 can(s)
    green beans, liquid drained
  • 1/4 c
    chicken broth, fat-free
  • 2 Tbsp
    roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt, finely ground
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper

How to Make Sesame Green Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain 2 cans of greens beans and place in medium skillet on top of stove.
  2. Add the chicken broth and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the sesame seeds and salt & pepper...stir well. Continue to cook over med to low heat for another five minutes. That's it, ready to serve and eat. Enjoy :-)
