sesame green beans

You may use fresh green beans but it takes a bit longer to cook. This is great as a fast side dish :-)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans, liquid drained
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth, fat-free
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch sea salt, finely ground
  • 1 pinch black pepper

How To Make sesame green beans

  • Step 1
    Drain 2 cans of greens beans and place in medium skillet on top of stove.
  • Step 2
    Add the chicken broth and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the sesame seeds and salt & pepper...stir well. Continue to cook over med to low heat for another five minutes. That's it, ready to serve and eat. Enjoy :-)
