Ingredients
- FOR THE CAULIFLOWER
- 1 head cauliflower broken into florets
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cold club soda
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- black sesame seed and green onions for garnish
How To Make sesame cauliflower

Step 1Preheat oven at 425 degrees. Whisk the cake flour, salt and club soda together. If it is too thick add a little more soda and if its too thin add more flour. Dredge the cauliflower florets in the batter. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes flipping half way through.

Step 2For the sauce. Place all ingredients up to the cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water together whisk it into the sauce to thicken it.

Step 3Remove the cauliflower from oven and place in a bowl. Pour the sauce over and gently mix. Served garnished with black sesame seeds and green onions
