sesame and soy stir-fry vegetables
This recipe is very versatile. I change up the vegetables and sometimes use a bit of sesame oil instead of just vegetable oil. I like to serve this with grilled teriyaki chicken or steak.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1-2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- hot cooked rice
How To Make sesame and soy stir-fry vegetables

Step 1Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Set chicken broth mixture aside.

Step 2Pour oil around the top of a preheated wok or slope sided skillet. Heat to medium high (375º) for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and cauliflower and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 3Stir in the reserved broth mixture and the green onions. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the mixture is thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
