Ingredients For seasoned zucchini wedges

    zucchini peeled
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make seasoned zucchini wedges

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Slice the peeled zucchini in half and then into wedges.
  • 2
    Place the beaten eggs in one bowl. Place the breadcrumbs and seasonings in another bowl.
  • 3
    Dip each wedge into the eggs then dredge in breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet and bakd for 15 to 20 minutes.
