Ingredients
- 3 small zucchini peeled
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1 teaspoon each salt and paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make seasoned zucchini wedges

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Slice the peeled zucchini in half and then into wedges.

Step 2Place the beaten eggs in one bowl. Place the breadcrumbs and seasonings in another bowl.

Step 3Dip each wedge into the eggs then dredge in breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet and bakd for 15 to 20 minutes.
