Ingredients

1 boxbow tie pasta

1 pkgimitation crab meat

1 bunchgreen onions

1 mediumgreen bell pepper
-
1 pkgcherry tomatoes, halved

1 bottlezesty italian dressing

·salt and pepper

1 mediumcucumber, thinly sliced
How to Make Seafood Vegetable Pasta
- Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and cool.
- Chop green onions, bell pepper, slice cucumber. Add chunks of crabmeat. Halve the container of cherry tomatoes. Add pasta, salt and pepper. Toss gently with Italian dressing. Chill at least 2 hours for maximum flavor.
- Serve cold with grilled chicken, steaks, burgers, etc...Also great with just a few crackers. For variation, you could substitute the crabmeat with chicken or shrimp.....ENJOY! (Always a hit)
