Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, finely sliced
- 1 - large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups garlic & onion croutons
- 2-14.5 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make scalloped tomatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Step 2Saute celery and onion in butter until slightly soft.

Step 3Add croutons and stewed tomatoes. Mix in sugar, salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 4Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
