1 ccelery, finely sliced

1large onion, finely chopped

1 Tbspbutter

1 1/2 cgarlic & onion croutons

2-14.5 oz. canstewed tomatoes

2 Tbspsugar

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make scalloped tomatoes

1Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

2Saute celery and onion in butter until slightly soft.

3Add croutons and stewed tomatoes. Mix in sugar, salt and pepper and mix well.

4Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
