    celery, finely sliced
  • 1
    large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    garlic & onion croutons
  • 2-14.5 oz. can(s)
    stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Scalloped Tomatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  2. Saute celery and onion in butter until slightly soft.
  3. Add croutons and stewed tomatoes. Mix in sugar, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
