  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • - crumpled saltine crackers, as needed
  • - no salt is needed, because of the crackers.

How To Make scalloped creamed corn quick and easy

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients, and add enough crumpled saltine crackers to make a semi-thick batter. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes till nice and puffy.
