My mom showed me how to make this. She told me it was something that my grandmother had made for her growing up.

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 package saltine crackers
  • 1-2 dash salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

How To Make scalloped corn

  • Step 1
    Place the creamed corn in a saucepan. Add in the salt, pepper, margarine, and milk. Crumble a sleeve of crackers into the saucepan with the other ingredients (add more milk if it seems too dry).
  • Step 2
    Heat over moderate heat until heated through. That's it. Enjoy!
