It has always been a tradition in my family to serve as a Thanksgiving side dish. It's so good I don't know why we didn't have it more often.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- 1 can creamed styled corn
- 1/2 cup crackers crushed
- 2 large eggs beaten
How To Make scalloped corn supreme

Step 1Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 1-quart casserole.

Step 2Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Step 3Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole.

Step 4Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
