Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/3 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 6 cups fresh corn kernels (can use frozen)
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Combine first four ingredients.

Step 2Whisk together eggs, whipping cream and melted butter. Gradually add the sugar/flour mixture, whisking until smooth. Stir in corn.

Step 3Pour mixture into lightly greased 13x9 inch pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until set. Let stand for 5 minutes.
