Ingredients For scalloped corn

  • PRHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
  • 2 can
    creamed corn
  • 1 c
    soda or cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    (or more) whole milk
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 4
    eggs, separated
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make scalloped corn

  • 1
    Beat egg yolks and mix with other ingredients using 3/4 cup of the cracker crumbs. Fold in beaten egg whites and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour.
