Ingredients
- PRHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 cup soda or cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (or more) whole milk
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 - eggs, separated
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Beat egg yolks and mix with other ingredients using 3/4 cup of the cracker crumbs. Fold in beaten egg whites and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour.
