i recieved this recipe from my mother-in-law. it was passed down to her from her mother. we have this every thanksgiving. she now lives two thousand miles away, my husband really enjoys this dish. I just had to get it.

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream corn
- 1 to 2 packages crushed crackers or oyster crackers
- - salt
- - pepper
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, cold
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1add the corn and crushed crackers to a cassarole dish. add the salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2mix in the egg and butter. Add the milk as needed. should be consistancy of soup.

Step 3cover with foil and bake in the oven for an hour. Check at half hour for doneness. let stand for five minutes before serving.
