Ingredients

4 cfresh or forzen corn

3eggs, beaten

1 cbutter milk (or reg milk)

1 ccrushed saltines (about 30 crackers)

3 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1 mediumonion chopped

·salt & pepper to taste
How to Make Scalloped Corn
- Combine all ingredients in a lg bowl only (3/4ths of the crackers.) Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake un-covered at 325 for an hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
