Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or forzen corn
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup butter milk (or reg milk)
- 1 cup crushed saltines (about 30 crackers)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 medium onion chopped
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a lg bowl only (3/4ths of the crackers.) Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake un-covered at 325 for an hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
