- 1 can whole corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 small box jiffy corn muffin mix

How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Combine all ingredients and place into a 2-quart baking dish.
