I make this dish all the time. My family expects it at gatherings and for the holidays. I always get compliments and never bring any back home

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernal corn drained
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, chunked or sliced
  • 1/2 package (sleeve) ritz crackers, crushed (1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon each salt, pepper, sugar

How To Make scalloped corn

  • Step 1
    In a 3 quart casserole dish add and mix all ingredients
  • Step 2
    Bake in a preheated 350 drgree oven 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly I have baked this in the microwave at times, watching it closely and 5 minutes at a time, stirring occassionally
  • Step 3
    Top should be golden and mixture should be thickened up. You can top with additional 1/2 c. buttered crushed ritz crumbs or crushed potato chips and bake an additional 10 minutes.
