scalloped corn
I got this recipe from my friend's mom. I always loved it when she made this. I did put my own spin on it... she makes it with 2 cans of cream style corn, but I like it better with the 2 different types of corn. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 tablespoons butter,melted
- 3 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 - can of milk (rinse out the cream style corn can)
- 1 - sleeve saltines, crushed
- - pinch of salt & pepper
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking dish ( I use a glass pyrex oval dish). In large bowl mix all ingredients well.

Step 2Pour into baking dish. Bake for around 45 minutes or until light golden brown. Delicious.
