    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    creamed corn
  • 1 can(s)
    kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 box
    corn muffin mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 2
    eggs beaten

How to Make Scalloped Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Just mix all ingredients together then pour into a greased 13"x9" or 2 quart casserole dish
  2. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
