- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can kernel corn (drained)
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 - eggs beaten

Step 1Just mix all ingredients together then pour into a greased 13"x9" or 2 quart casserole dish

Step 2Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
