Ingredients

1 c
butter or margarine
1 c
sour cream
1 can(s)
creamed corn
1 can(s)
kernel corn (drained)
1 box
corn muffin mix
2 Tbsp
white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2
eggs beaten

How to Make Scalloped Corn

Step-by-Step

  • 1Just mix all ingredients together then pour into a greased 13"x9" or 2 quart casserole dish
  • 2Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when lightly browned and set in the middle.
