This is a great recipe, even my picky eater will eat this! Hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients

  • - crisco non-stick spray
  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn (can use either can or frozen, i prefer to use can)
  • 1 1/2 cups saltines, crushed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make scalloped corn

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish well with non-stick spray.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl combine corn, crushed crackers, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Spoon in prepared dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered, 30-40 minutes, or until edges are bubbly.
