Ingredients

  • ·
    crisco non-stick spray
  • 15 oz
    whole kernel corn (can use either can or frozen, i prefer to use can)
  • 1 1/2 c
    saltines, crushed
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/3 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make Scalloped Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish well with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl combine corn, crushed crackers, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Spoon in prepared dish.
  3. Bake uncovered, 30-40 minutes, or until edges are bubbly.
