Ingredients
- - crisco non-stick spray
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn (can use either can or frozen, i prefer to use can)
- 1 1/2 cups saltines, crushed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make scalloped corn

Step 1Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish well with non-stick spray.

Step 2In a large bowl combine corn, crushed crackers, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Spoon in prepared dish.

Step 3Bake uncovered, 30-40 minutes, or until edges are bubbly.
