Ingredients

·crisco non-stick spray

15 ozwhole kernel corn (can use either can or frozen, i prefer to use can)

1 1/2 csaltines, crushed

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 1/3 cmilk
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted
-
1/4 tspsalt and pepper
How to Make Scalloped Corn
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish well with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl combine corn, crushed crackers, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Spoon in prepared dish.
- Bake uncovered, 30-40 minutes, or until edges are bubbly.
