I love love love cabbage. I'd been thinking of this recipe for awhile and finally decided to try it & everybody loved it.

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, sliced roughly
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 box velveeta cheese (regular size box)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup milk
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped cabbage

Step 1Boil cabbage till just slightly tender & drain well.

Step 2Add cabbage & onion to 9x13 pan. Cube Velveeta and distribute by kind of poking down into the cabbage & onions.

Step 3Season with salt & pepper. Pour milk over cabbage then cover with shredded cheddar.

Step 4Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till cabbage is tender. I like to remove the foil and let the cheese brown a bit also.

Step 5Let stand to cool, thicken & serve.
