How to Make Scalloped Cabbage
- Boil cabbage till just slightly tender & drain well.
- Add cabbage & onion to 9x13 pan. Cube Velveeta and distribute by kind of poking down into the cabbage & onions.
- Season with salt & pepper. Pour milk over cabbage then cover with shredded cheddar.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till cabbage is tender. I like to remove the foil and let the cheese brown a bit also.
- Let stand to cool, thicken & serve.
