I made this up today... simple and easy .... and very tasty! I have been baking potato dishes all day!

Ingredients

5 - 6 pounds mashed sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter!
- salt and pepper to taste

How To Make savory mashed sweet potatoes!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2

Put the mashed sweet potatoes into baking dish... spread the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3

Bake for 40 minutes until potatoes are hot and bubbly.
