~ savory cauliflower, toasted almonds & crumbs ~
My all time favorite way, my aunt served her cauliflower . I made it even better with the addition of bacon and Parmesan cheese. You have to try it sometime. My family loves it!

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, broken into florets - steam or boil in water, but you dont want it mushy
- 3 cloves ( small) garlic, minced
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1/4 cup butter
- Shredded - parmesan cheese
- 3 slices bacon, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces and browned
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- Salt - & pepper if desired
How To Make ~ savory cauliflower, toasted almonds & crumbs ~

Step 1Prepare your cauliflower. I steam mine. In a medium skillet, over medium heat. Melt butter, add garlic, crumbs and almonds. Sauté until almonds are golden and bread crumbs are crisp.

Step 2Place cauliflower in a serving dish and toss with crumbs. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon. Dig in...so yummy!
