sauteed zucchini with mushrooms
So my hubby always said he would NEVER eat zucchini, he would only eat it in zucchini bread . Well I whipped this one up and he decided to try it and guess what. He loves it :D Hope you do too

Ingredients
- WHAT YOU NEED
- - 1 small onion, chopped
- - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- - 1 package fresh baby bella mushrooms sliced
- - 1 lb zucchini, sliced
- - 1 teaspoon salt
- - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make sauteed zucchini with mushrooms

Step 1Saute onion in hot oil until tender

Step 2Add mushrooms, zucchini, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stirring often, cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes or until zucchini is -tender.

Step 3Remove from heat. Plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese ~Enjoy~
