sauteed zucchini with mushrooms
I love this simple side dish that goes well with almost everything. You can make it as mild or spicy as you like with the seasoning.

Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 4-6 zucchini, sliced
- seasoning, to taste (i use spicy mrs. dash, but lawry's or spike all work well)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make sauteed zucchini with mushrooms

Step 1Saute onions in butter for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2Add zucchini and saute 3-4 minutes.

Step 3Add mushrooms and saute until all veggies are tender. (Don't overcook or they will be soggy).

Step 4Sprinkle with seasoning; stir to mix well.

Step 5Turn off the heat and top with mozzarella cheese until the cheese melts. (I cover with a lid to melt the cheese).

Step 6Serve and enjoy.
