    spinach, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, freshly sliced

How to Make Sauteed Spinach


  1. Wash spinach leaves.
  2. Heat skillet.
  3. Add olive oil.
  4. Add garlic.
  5. Add spinach.
  6. Add mushrooms.
  7. Sautee just until spinach starts to wilt.
  8. Serve immediately.
