spinach, fresh
2 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

garlic cloves, minced
1 c
mushrooms, freshly sliced

Step-By-Step

1Wash spinach leaves.
2Heat skillet.
3Add olive oil.
4Add garlic.
5Add spinach.
6Add mushrooms.
7Sautee just until spinach starts to wilt.
8Serve immediately.
