  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 medium bell pepper (assorted colors), sliced into 1/2 inch strips
  • 2 medium yellow onions, sliced into 1/2 inch wedges
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme, basil, and parsley)
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

How To Make sauteed peppers and onions

  • Step 1
    Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
