- 3 medium bell pepper (assorted colors), sliced into 1/2 inch strips
- 2 medium yellow onions, sliced into 1/2 inch wedges
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme, basil, and parsley)
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
How To Make sauteed peppers and onions

Step 1Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
