Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 1 cup onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste

How To Make ~ sautéed broccoli ~

  • Step 1
    In medium skillet, over med heat - cook bacon, stirring often, until about cooked. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Add broccoli and over high heat toss with other ingredients for about 1 minute. Stir in stock, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to med, cover and cook another 3 - 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
