Ingredients For sauteed asparagus

  • 1 ¼ lb
    asparagus spears trimmed and cut in 1-2 inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • ½ tsp
    kosher salt
  • ½ tsp
    freshly ground black pepper or lemon pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make sauteed asparagus

    Heat the oil and melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus and cook for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Reduce the heat and add the garlic, cooking for 1 minute while stirring.
