Ingredients
- 1 bunch swiss chard
- 1/3 pound bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (raw apple cider vinegar is the best)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
How To Make sauted swiss chard

Step 1rinse swiss chard. roll and slice leaves into 1/2 inch sections.

Step 2chop bacon into small pieces.

Step 3in sautee pan on medium heat add bacon, cook until crispy. remove and drain. then return bacon to pan add butter, pressed garlic.

Step 4lightly sautee garlic in butter and bacon mix then add swiss chard. add apple cider vinegar, put lid on pan. steam for about 1 minute or until swiss chard has wilted. then remove lid and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5do not drain to serve. The juice is very tasty.
