Sautéd Mushrooms

1/4 stickbutter
-
1/4 cwhite wine
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
·salt to taste

·black pepper to taste

2 pkg(12 oz.) fresh white or crimini mushrooms
How to Make Sautéd Mushrooms
- Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms and stir gently. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add wine, and continue cooking, uncovered over low heat for 5 - 8 minutes.
- Drain excess liquid and serve.
