These go great with steak or any other meat. They're very flavorful and one of my favorite things to eat. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - salt to taste
  • - black pepper to taste
  • 2 packages (12 oz.) fresh white or crimini mushrooms

How To Make sautéd mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms and stir gently. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Step 2
    Add wine, and continue cooking, uncovered over low heat for 5 - 8 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Drain excess liquid and serve.
