(12 oz.) fresh white or crimini mushrooms
How to Make Sautéd Mushrooms
1Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms and stir gently. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
2Add wine, and continue cooking, uncovered over low heat for 5 - 8 minutes.
3Drain excess liquid and serve.
