These go great with steak or any other meat. They're very flavorful and one of my favorite things to eat. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/4 stick
butter
1/4 c
white wine
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
2 pkg
(12 oz.) fresh white or crimini mushrooms

How to Make Sautéd Mushrooms

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms and stir gently. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
  • 2Add wine, and continue cooking, uncovered over low heat for 5 - 8 minutes.
  • 3Drain excess liquid and serve.
