Stove Top


  • 1/4 stick
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    black pepper to taste
  • 2 pkg
    (12 oz.) fresh white or crimini mushrooms

How to Make Sautéd Mushrooms


  1. Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms and stir gently. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Add wine, and continue cooking, uncovered over low heat for 5 - 8 minutes.
  3. Drain excess liquid and serve.
