Grandma used to make this dish during sweet corn season. Its good to use with the more mature corn at the end of the season. I think this may be a local Indiana recipe as I have not seen it anywhere else.

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn, cut off cobs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sauted corn

Step 1In skillet combine corn, butter, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until corn is tender and a tiny bit crispy, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2You can add 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper or 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
