I love making this recipe for my husband and I. We enjoy it with almost any main course dish. It's also great with just one of the veggies. It's fast and easy and very yummy and good for you too! I hope you enjoy it!

- 1 bunch broccoli florets chopped
- 1 bunch califlower chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pinches red crushed chile peppers
- 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
How To Make sauted broccoli and califlower with red pepper and lemon

Step 1Heat a large size skillet over medium heat adding the olive oil. Add the chopped veggies to the hot pan and squeeze the lemon over the veggies. Toss often to coat the veggies with oil and juice. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the veggies and toss again. Serve warm.
