Ingredients

  • 1 package spinach, washed, 10 ounces
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt

How To Make saute spinach

  • Step 1
    Wash spinach and slice onion.
  • Step 2
    Place oil in wok, heat to smoking point.
  • Step 3
    Add onion to wok, stir.
  • Step 4
    Add spinach, stir spinach from bottom to top of wok.
  • Step 5
    Cover wok briefly.
  • Step 6
    Lift cover up and keep stirring spinach until it is wilted.
  • Step 7
    Cook the spinach a full five minutes, covering and uncovering the wok as you are stir frying.
