Ingredients
- 1 package spinach, washed, 10 ounces
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- salt
How To Make saute spinach

Step 1Wash spinach and slice onion.

Step 2Place oil in wok, heat to smoking point.

Step 3Add onion to wok, stir.

Step 4Add spinach, stir spinach from bottom to top of wok.

Step 5Cover wok briefly.

Step 6Lift cover up and keep stirring spinach until it is wilted.

Step 7Cook the spinach a full five minutes, covering and uncovering the wok as you are stir frying.
