How to Make Saute Spinach
- 1Wash spinach and slice onion.
- 2Place oil in wok, heat to smoking point.
- 3Add onion to wok, stir.
- 4Add spinach, stir spinach from bottom to top of wok.
- 5Cover wok briefly.
- 6Lift cover up and keep stirring spinach until it is wilted.
- 7Cook the spinach a full five minutes, covering and uncovering the wok as you are stir frying.
