Ingredients
- 2 cups brussels sprouts trimmed and cut in half
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon each saffron and curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
How To Make saffron brussels sprouts

Step 1In a saucepan with boiling water blanch the brussels sprouts for 3 minutes. Drain.

Step 2In a skillet add the chicken stock, saffron, curry, coriander. Add the brussels sprouts and simmer 4 minutes.

Step 3Mix the water and cornstarch together and stir into the brussels to thicken. Taste and season with salt and pepper
