russ's cucumber salad

Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 medium onion
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make russ's cucumber salad

Step 1Thinly slice cucumbers and onion. Place vegetables in a medium-size storage container.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate (stirring occasionally) for at least three hours.
