I received this recipe from a dear friend. It's very versatile and can be baked or cooked on top of the stove. It is a great accompaniment to most any meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans white shoepeg corn
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 oz. - cream cheese
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes

How To Make rotel corn

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to about 350 degrees. Soften cream cheese. Add rest of ingredients. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake until bubbly. ***This may be placed in the oven while baking something else or you may cook on top of the stove.
