2 Tbspolive oil
1 smallhead romanesco, cut into florets
1/2 mediumonion, cut into chunks
2-3 clovegarlic, grated or minced
·salt and pepper, to taste
·red pepper flakes, optional
1/4 cgrated parmesan
How to Make Romanesco Saute
- Heat oil in skillet. Add romanesco and onion. Stir fry until onion starts to wilt. Add garlic, sauté for an additional minute or two.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes, if desired. Add parmesan, cover pan and turn off heat, so cheese can melt slightly.
