Ingredients
- 3 or 12 - 3 ripe tomatoes or 12 plum tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-1/2-2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 - garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1-1/2-2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2-2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How To Make roasted tomatoes

Step 1halve plum tomatores lengthwise or quarter regular tomatoes, cores and seeds removed and arrange the tomatoes on a sheet pan, cut sides up, in a single layer.

Step 2Drizzle with Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle the minced garlic, sugar, salt and pepper over the tomatoes.

Step 3Roast at 450 degrees for approximately 15-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are concentrated and beginning to caramelize.

Step 4Serve warm or at room temperature
