- 2 pounds raw radishes, trimmed and cut in half
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
How To Make roasted radishes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Add the radishes to a large bowl and drizzle them with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the marjoram, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and toss to coat.

Step 3Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes turning once and rotating the baking sheet.
